Charter Bus & Shuttle Pricing
CHARTER/SHUTTLE WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?
CHARTERS – With a charter “the bus is yours for the entire time!” You can go as
many or as few places as you want. Charters are figured on an hourly basis. These
charters are more than affordable with $20.00 “or less” per person usually covering
everyone for the entire event.
During the month of April, Saturdays are $150/hour with 6 hour minimums due to high Volume!

SHUTTLES – Basically from point A to Point B, and then from B back to A!
Shuttles cover one pickup and drop off, and then picked back up and dropped off at the
original location “without stops in between.” Shuttles are often booked for concerts and
trips to P&L. Please keep in mind that our Buses DO NOT stay around for you to get back on with Shuttles.
Shuttles have to be within a 35 mile range of the Kansas City area! If you go over 35 miles, there is a $75 trip charge.
SATURDAY SHUTTLES ARE LIMITED DEPENDING ON AVAILABILTIY. WE WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER SHUTTLES SUN-FRI!

- $75.00 trip charge for a pick up location that is more than 35 miles outside of the KC Metro area
- All of our prices are flat rate!
- No additional charges apply!
- We do not charge for fuel!
- We do not figure in gratuity but we do ask that you tip the driver!

HOW OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM WORKS
- A Security deposit of $100.00 dollars “which must be put on a debit or credit card” is required to reserve all charters. The $100.00 is deducted from your total price leaving a balance due.
- Even if you are paying the balance with cash please know that a Debit or Credit card is required to secure the $100.00 deposit.
- We accept all methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and ATM debit cards. The remaining balance may be paid in cash or credit. There is a 3% processing fee if the remaining balance is paid with Credit/Debit. We do NOT charge a processing fee for the deposit. We do not accept personal checks.
