Once you are ready to Book your Bus, you can check the availability of the date you are looking for by calling 913-268-7433, e-mailing us at tonicpartybus@gmail.com, or texting us at 913-787-7759.

After we have verified that the date and Bus you are looking for are available, you can go to the “Book your Bus” tab and fill out the online reservation form and contract. You must be 21 or older or have a person who is 21 or older fill out the form.We suggest doing this as soon as possible after your date has been verified since we operate on a “first come, first serve” basis. You will be required to put down a $100 deposit when you fill out the online form. This will ensure that your date is reserved and the $100 deposit will go towards your total. The remaining balance will be due on the night of your Event. Once we have received your Form and run your deposit a Confirmation E-mail will be sent to the provided e-mail address letting you know that your Bus has been reserved!

   Please don’t hesitate to call with any questions you may have before, during or after the Booking process. Please also be aware of our cancellation policy,and thoroughly read the contract before clicking “Agree”.
