  1. *PLEASE NOTE- A credit or debit card deposit of $100.00 is required to book all charters and shuttles. The $100.00 will always apply to the total price. If you are paying the balance with cash, payment must be presented to the driver at the beginning of the trip.

  9. Your remaining Balance after the $100 Deposit is Due on the night of your Event. Please select your method of Payment below for your balance and NOTE that if you plan to pay in Credit your balance WILL BE charged at least 12 hours before the start of your Event. Booking Service Agreement||
  1. *By Submitting this reservation you agree to all Tonic Party Buses rules and regulations.
  2. DEPOSITS, CHARGES, AND BALANCE DUE: Deposits are non refundable when canceled with less than 21 days notice. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice (by e-mail to tonicpartybus@gmail.com) will be billed the total contract amount. This means you will pay the total contract price. By submitting this contract, and entering your credit card information you are authorizing Tonic Party Buses to charge the credit card for any of the following charges; deposit, damages to the vehicle, and all services rendered. We will calculate the exact amount of hours and charges when the trip is completed. We will then deduct your deposit amount leaving the actual balance due. Any client eligible for reimbursement of their deposit due to cancellation will be charged a $10.00 fee for reimbursing the credit or debit card.

    HOW OUR PAYMENT SYSTEM WORKS:
    A $100.00 security deposit is required on all charters and shuttles, which must be on a bank or credit card. The $100.00 deposit goes towards your total contract price leaving a balance due. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PUT THE BALANCE OF YOUR TRIP ON A CREDIT CARD THEN A 3% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON THE BALANCE. THERE IS NEVER A CHARGE ON THE $100.00 DEPOSIT, AND THERE IS NO 3% CHARGE IF THE BALANCE IS PAID WITH CASH.

    GUNS, KNIVES & WEAPONS:
    Under no circumstances will any sort of gun, knife or weapon be allowed on any of our buses. If weapons are brought on the bus the police will be contacted immediately.

    SMOKING:
    A $100 fee will be assessed for each cigarette burn.

    EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS:
    A $75.00 fee will automatically be charged for cleanup in the event that a bus is considered excessively dirty following a charter or shuttle. This charge is at the discretion of the Owner

    BODILY FLUIDS:
    There is a $150.00 clean up fee for any release of bodily fluids plus any additional cost due to loss of business during repair times.

    DRINK SPILLS:
    There is a $50.00 clean up fee for each drink spill that leaves stains.

    MISSING ITEMS:
    Tonic Party Buses will charge client for any missing items based on their replacement cost.

    DAMAGES:
    Client will be charged for any damages that are caused by the client or their patrons that occupy our buses. If applicable client will also be charged nominal fees for loss of business during damage repair time.

    COVERAGE:
    If the charter runs over the scheduled end time, additional charges will be assessed in half hour increments.

    PERSONAL ITEMS:
    Tonic Party Buses LLC is not responsible for any items or property left in our buses. Be sure to double-check the bus at the end of your charter. If an item is left behind please contact us the next business day.

    CHAUFFEURS DISCRETON:
    The charter may be cancelled at any time and at the chauffeur's discretion in the event that the client and or patrons become unruly or belligerent.

    ALCOHOL:
    No alcohol will be consumed by any passengers under the legal age of 21. If this does occur, the charter will be terminated immediately and the entire contract amount will be charged.

    ILLEGAL DRUG USE:
    Illegal drugs of any kind are not allowed on our buses. If Illegal drugs are brought on to our buses it will result in immediate termination of the charter and the entire contract amount will be charged.

    RESPONSIBILITY OF CLIENTS & THEIR PATRONS:
    While we want all of our clients to have the best time possible, all clients & their patrons need to know their tolerances to alcohol consumption, general safety & well being. Our drivers reserve the right to stop any charter at any time if they feel that the safety, health or general well being of any client or their patrons is being compromised. Tonic Party Bus, LLC does not assume responsibility for client health or safety due to personal negligence of the client or their patrons.

    CLIENT AGE:
    Client submitting contract must be at least 21 years of age.

    TRANSPORTATION OF MINORS:
    In certain situations a parental consent form may need to be signed for individuals under the age of 18. As well if any minor(s) riding on our buses has a medical condition that could result in the need of emergency care it is required that a parental consent form be submitted for each individual minor.

    REFUNDS:
    Tonic Party Bus, LLC does NOT give refunds for denied entrance into bars or clubs. The client is paying for the transportation services of the bus and all charges are unrelated to bar and club access. All entrance is at the discretion of that particular establishment.

    RETAINERS:
    Charters may be cancelled at any time if one or more terms and or conditions of this contract are breached. Understand that no refunds will be given for any charter that is terminated for any of the previously mentioned reasons and the entire contract amount will be charged. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT OVERTIME HOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU PUT ON THE CONTRACT WILL BE SUFFICIENT TIME FOR YOUR EVENT.

    CONTRACT OBLIGATIONS:
    By submitting this contract I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental periods. I also agree to the above Charter bus Rules and Regulations. And by submitting this contract I am verifying that I have read the entire contract. All damages are the sole discretion of the driver and Tonic Party Buses LLC.
